        Program Introduction

KHOJ is a Himalayan Expeditionary Learning Program designed to take participants beyond comfort, make it challenging, and ultimately lead towards self-discovery and explore

leadership skills. It is not a trek. It is a trans-formative journey through experience, reflection, and real-world challenge. “KHOJ is not about reaching the summit. It is about discovering who

        you become along the way.”

Objective

To Know the Unknown Within and Beyond.

To enable participants to explore their inner potential, push personal limits, and develop the mindset and skills required to lead themselves and others.

Some Of The Challenges You Want To Overcome.

  1. Comfort-driven lifestyles with low exposure to real challenges
  2. Self-doubt, lack of clarity, and low resilience
  3. Over indulgence in the world of social media.
  4. Limited opportunities to practice leadership in real situations
  5. Weak connection with nature, self, and purpose

Solution We Offer (Why It Works)

       KHOJ works because it uses:

  1. Natural environments (Himalayas) instead of artificial setups
  2. Real consequences instead of theoretical learning
  3. Structured reflection to convert experience into insight

Participants don’t just learn concepts—they live them.

       Methodology

Based on Experiential Learning Cycle: Experience → Reflection → Insight → Application

  1. Challenging activities create discomfort & awareness
  2. Guided reflection builds understanding
  3. Application develops behavioral change
