A variety of courses are designed to meet the training needs of all age groups, from different walks of life. Special courses are also conducted for differently able persons, children and youth. As a policy, individuals from economically weaker sections of the society are also
encouraged to take up the training courses, so as to become stronger & independent and not remain a liability to the society.

To accommodate such individuals and to bridge the expense gap, OBB invites contributions and / or sponsorships from the members of the society. The sponsorship amounts received are pooled together and utilized for training the deserving candidates from the weaker sections.
