Outward Bound Bharat is a not for profit training organization,
with a very high level of commitment to the cause of peoples
development, through nature & adventure based outdoor
activities. |

The various programmes & courses, designed to meet
the developmental needs of the individuals in different
age groups are conducted & facilitated by skilled
instructors. |
|

| |
With the challenges, the uncertainties & the risks
involved in these training activities, the instructors
themselves undergo an extensive six months “Instructors
Training” to become full time instructors on contract
basis. |

|
|
| |
Graduates from any discipline, good at communicating
in Hindi & English, willing to face Sun, Wind and
the Rain, willing to remain tough and disciplined under
trying conditions are welcome to join Outward Bound Bharat
as “Training Instructors”. |
