Outward Bound being a fully outdoors training organization, individuals who have a true liking for environment, nature & adventure and believe in physical fitness, enjoy the working to the fullest.
Field instructors conduct field activities and are directly responsible for the safety of the participants. They undergo extensive field training in Hard skills, Safety skills and training methodologies before taking up the training assignments independently.
Trainers Profile.
Graduate from any discipline.
Age 21 yrs. To 26 years.
Good in Hindi & English.
Physically fit & active, Sports background preferred.
Should have liking & inclination for nature & adventure activities.
Should be ready to travel anywhere. Should preferably have 2/4 wheeler driving license.
Earlier participation in some adventure outings will be an advantage.
Experience not necessary.
We offer Stipend during training.
Deserving staff get the opportunities to travel to other Outward Bound centers in the world.
